Authors of papers presented at this conference and within the scope of Sensors are invited to submit a technically extended version to the Special Issue of Sensors. As an open access journal, Sensors have an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 2000 CHF for accepted papers.
The conference participants will receive a 20% discount on the publishing fees.

The extended papers from conference should fulfil the following requirements:
- The paper should have more than 50% new data and content. It will be much better if the Title and Abstract are different with that of conference paper, so that they can be differentiated in various databases.
- The conference paper should be cited and noted on the first page of the paper.
- If the authors do not hold the copyright of the published conference paper, authors should seek the appropriate permission from the copyright holder.
- Authors are asked to disclose that it is conference paper in their cover letter and include a statement on what has been changed compared to the original conference paper.
