IEEE MetroAutomotive 2026 is pleased to offer student travel grants for participants coming from low and middle-income countries.

Meeting all of the following criteria is required for grant consideration and receipt:

• During the initial submission, authors must check the box that says “I would like to be considered for the Student Travel Grant” and the paper category must be marked as a student paper in EDAS.
• The student must be listed as the first author in EDAS
• The student must be registered and paid in full
• The student is required to attend the Conference in person
• The paper must be of high-quality content and be favorably reviewed by the IEEE MetroAutomotive 2026 Technical Program Chairs

Please note that preference will be given to student members of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society (IEEE IMS). A special attention will be paid to undergraduate students and female students.

Recipients will be notified via email on April 15, 2026.
