You are invited to support the 2024 IEEE International Conference on Metrology for Automotive - IEEE MetroAutomotive 2024.

We are pleased to announce that sponsorship opportunities are now available for the fourth edition of the IEEE International Workshop on Metrology for Automotive (IEEE MetroAutomotive 2024). This year, the conference venue will be the prestigious Palazzo Hercolani, a XVIII century aristocratic palace located in the oldest part of the historic center of Bologna, Italy.

Sponsorship of the event is an ideal opportunity to showcase your company/institution commitment and to publicize this support to many researchers and scientists in the field. Exhibits by Sponsors also help to inform researchers about relevant applications and opportunities. Corporate support can also be linked to a specific event or activity at the Conference (this may include, for instance, the welcome party, the coffee breaks, and the gala dinner).

MetroAutomotive 2024 has four sponsorship levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Your support is very important to the Conference, and the conference committee ensures these contributions are well recognized. We list the benefits and costs below.

(€ 2500,00 or greater contribution)

• Your company/institution will be granted the reservation of a regular slot (15/20 minutes) during one of the sessions scheduled within the Final Program of the Conference, with the opportunity of presenting your mission, state-of-the-art products/services of interest to the topics of the Conference, and/or your R&D activity and/or any other industrial result that is offering a present or potential impact on the Metrology for Automotive field. (Neither the submission of a scientific paper is required for this sponsorship, nor the content of the presentation will be included in the Conference proceedings.)
• A reserved exhibition space will be available to your company/institution during the Conference.
• You will get two free registrations to the main Conference and related events (tutorials, workshops, etc.), two banquet tickets for the Gala Dinner.
• You will also get second choice (after Conference Committee) at naming events (with company/institution name, logo, URL, etc.) at the Conference. For example, there are usually two receptions, lunches and coffee breaks, plus gala dinner. Naming of each event will be decided on the basis of the amount of the contribution and the order received.
• Your company/institution (with logo and URL) will be listed in all Conference announcements, on the Advance and Final Program, and on the Conference web pages.
• We will specially acknowledge your company/institution support and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the Conference.
• You will have the opportunity to include material and giveaways with the Conference official material for each attendee.

(€ 1500,00 or greater contribution)

• A reserved exhibition space will be available to your company/institution during the Conference.
• You will get one free registration to the main Conference and related events (tutorials, workshops, etc.), one banquet ticket for the Gala Dinner.
• You will also get third choice (after Platinum) at naming events (with company/institution name, logo, URL, etc.) at the Conference. For example, there are usually two receptions, lunches and coffee breaks, plus gala dinner. Naming of each event will be decided on the basis of the amount of the contribution and the order received.
• Your company/institution (with logo and URL) will be listed in all Conference announcements, on the Advance and Final Program, and on the Conference web pages.
• We will acknowledge your company/institution support and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the Conference.
• You will have the opportunity to include material and giveaways with the Conference official material for each attendee.

(€ 1000,00 or greater contribution)

• You will get one free registration to the main Conference and related events (tutorials, workshops, etc.), one banquet ticket for the Gala Dinner.
• Your company/institution (with logo and URL) will be listed in all Conference announcements, on the Advance and Final Program, and on the Conference web pages.
• We will acknowledge your company/institution support and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the Conference.
• We will name an event after your company/institution, if there will be events left after those named for Platinum and Gold.
• You will have the opportunity to include material and giveaways with the Conference official material for each attendee.

(€ 700,00 or greater contribution)

• You will get one free registration to the main Conference and related events (tutorials, workshops, etc.).
• Your company/institution (with logo and URL) will be listed in all Conference announcements, on the Advance and Final Program, and on the Conference web pages.
• We will acknowledge your company/institution support and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the Conference.

Sponsorships at lower levels will be considered, with benefits negotiated between the IEEE MetroAutomotive 2024 Committee and the Sponsor.
