ABSTRACT
The automotive world is rapidly changing its shape, getting closer and closer to the digital industry.
The electric transition is introducing new challenges in the automotive design but also in the management of the charging station networks. In this scenario, new systems, data acquisitions and innovative sensors are becoming fundamental for new vehicle design as well as for the management of power charging networks and charging stations. Moreover, since the electric transition is not immediate, also traditional vehicles industry will require new solutions and sensors for the reduction of environmental impact and pollution.
TOPICS
Topics of interest for this Special Session include, but are not limited to:
- Advanced diagnostic techniques for electric vehicles;
- IoT-based remote data acquisition tools;
- Systems for the enhancement of the vehicle reliability;
- Systems for onboard air quality and comfort assessment;
- Autonomous driving safety and reliability enhancement;
- Sensors and systems for electric vehicles charging stations/supply equipment (EVSE);
- Innovative solutions for electric vehicles charging networks;
- IoT architectures for Green Mobility;
- Batteries lifecycle management: from the production to the disposal;
- Solutions for the reduction and the assessment of the environmental impact of the automobile industry.
